A pe\u00e7a era leve, pesava menos de um grama. O design parecia simples e elegante. Mas a produ\u00e7\u00e3o continuava a falhar.<\/p>\r\n    <p>A quest\u00e3o n\u00e3o era o pre\u00e7o. Se o silicone fosse demasiado mole, a v\u00e1lvula apresentava fugas. Se fosse demasiado r\u00edgido, bloqueava o fluxo. A margem de toler\u00e2ncia era reduzida.<\/p>\r\n    <p>O cliente j\u00e1 tinha recorrido a dois fornecedores. Ambos entregaram amostras que passaram nos testes iniciais. No entanto, ap\u00f3s o aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o, surgiram defeitos. Rebordos, varia\u00e7\u00f5es de dimens\u00e3o e press\u00e3o de abertura inst\u00e1vel tornaram as pe\u00e7as inadequadas para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>O objetivo n\u00e3o era apenas produzir amostras aprovadas.
