Um cliente traz um desenho. A pe\u00e7a parece simples. Mas, ap\u00f3s a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de amostras, surgem defeitos \u2014 rebarbas, bolhas de ar ou varia\u00e7\u00f5es dimensionais. O cliente passa ent\u00e3o a pensar que o processo \u00e9 inst\u00e1vel. Na maioria dos casos, o verdadeiro problema j\u00e1 est\u00e1 no pr\u00f3prio projeto do molde.<\/p><p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1031\">Este artigo explica a nossa forma de pensar na produ\u00e7\u00e3o: desde as necessidades dos clientes, passando pelos desafios relacionados com os moldes, pelas decis\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas e, finalmente, pelos casos de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o reais. Mas, na produ\u00e7\u00e3o real, constatamos uma realidade diferente.<\/p><p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1464\">A estabilidade de uma pe\u00e7a de silicone depende, em primeiro lugar, do desenho do molde. A m\u00e1quina limita-se a seguir o que o molde permite. Se a linha de separa\u00e7\u00e3o for fraca, surgir\u00e3o rebarbas. Se a ventila\u00e7\u00e3o for insuficiente, o ar ficar\u00e1 retido no interior. Se a temperatura for irregular, as dimens\u00f5es sofrer\u00e3o varia\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1643\">Do ponto de vista do comprador, os defeitos parecem aleat\u00f3rios.
