problema era la costanza, non il prezzo<\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>I componenti in silicone spesso sembrano semplici. Ma quando si inizia a procurarseli, i problemi emergono rapidamente.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Una volta un cliente si \u00e8 rivolto a noi con una piccola valvola in silicone utilizzata in una bustina per alimenti. Il componente era leggero, pesava meno di un grammo. Il design sembrava ben fatto. Ma la produzione continuava a fallire.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Il problema non era il prezzo. Se il silicone era troppo morbido, la valvola presentava perdite; se era troppo rigido, bloccava il flusso. Il margine di tolleranza era molto ristretto.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Il cliente aveva gi\u00e0 provato due fornitori. Entrambi avevano consegnato campioni che avevano superato i test iniziali. Tuttavia, una volta aumentata la produzione, sono emersi dei difetti. Bave, variazioni dimensionali e pressione di apertura instabile hanno reso i componenti inadatti alla produzione in serie.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>L'obiettivo non era semplicemente quello di realizzare campioni conformi. Nel loro insieme, per\u00f2, comportano un rischio molto pi\u00f9 elevato di instabilit\u00e0 della produzione.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Si \u00e8 formato del flash lungo il bordo di tenuta. Il ritiro ha modificato la pressione di apertura. Le sacche d\u2019aria hanno causato piccoli segni di bruciatura. Non si trattava di difetti casuali, bens\u00ec di segnali che indicavano che il progetto dello stampo non era adeguato al comportamento della gomma siliconica liquida.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout xfl-warning\">\r\n      <p>I fornitori precedenti hanno cercato di risolvere il problema regolando la pressione e la temperatura. La soluzione ha funzionato per alcuni cicli, ma non ha permesso di ottenere un processo di produzione in serie stabile, poich\u00e9 la causa principale del problema risiedeva nello stampo.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"xfl-section\">\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-section-header\">\r\n      <span class=\"xfl-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\r\n        <svg viewbox=\"0 0 24 24\">\r\n          <path d=\"M4 19V5\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M4 19h16\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M7 16l3-4 3 2 5-7\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M18 7h-4\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M18 7v4\" \/>\r\n        <\/svg>\r\n      <\/span>\r\n      <h2>Approccio tecnico: partire dalla progettazione dello stampo<\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>Abbiamo iniziato dallo stampo, non dalla macchina.<\/p>\r\n    <ul class=\"xfl-steps\">\r\n      <li><strong>La posizione del cancello \u00e8 stata modificata.<\/strong> Ci\u00f2 ha accorciato il percorso del flusso e reso il riempimento della cavit\u00e0 pi\u00f9 uniforme, riducendo il rischio di riempimento incompleto e di polimerizzazione non omogenea.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>La linea di separazione \u00e8 stata riprogettata.<\/strong> L'abbiamo spostato lontano dall'area di sigillatura e abbiamo migliorato l'allineamento delle superfici per ridurre il rischio di sbavature.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Nell'ultima zona di riempimento sono state aggiunte delle micro-fessure di sfiato.<\/strong> La profondit\u00e0 della fessura \u00e8 rimasta entro un intervallo ristretto, intorno a 0,004 mm.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Durante l'iniezione \u00e8 stato applicato il vuoto.<\/strong> Questo ha permesso di eliminare l'aria intrappolata prima che potesse causare segni di bruciatura o un riempimento incompleto.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>La compensazione del ritiro \u00e8 stata applicata in base alla direzione e allo spessore della parete.<\/strong> Ci\u00f2 ha permesso di mantenere la geometria finale della valvola pi\u00f9 vicina alla fascia di prestazioni richiesta.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Prima di procedere al taglio dell'acciaio, abbiamo verificato il comportamento di riempimento tramite un'analisi Moldflow. Durante le prove di produzione, ci siamo concentrati sulla stabilit\u00e0 della temperatura e abbiamo mantenuto le variazioni entro un intervallo ristretto per garantire una polimerizzazione uniforme.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>Questi passaggi non hanno reso lo stampo pi\u00f9 complesso, ma lo hanno reso pi\u00f9 prevedibile.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"xfl-section\">\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-section-header\">\r\n      <span class=\"xfl-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\r\n        <svg viewbox=\"0 0 24 24\">\r\n          <path d=\"M20 6 9 17l-5-5\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M12 21a9 9 0 1 0-6.3-2.6\" \/>\r\n        <\/svg>\r\n      <\/span>\r\n      <h2>Applicazione pratica: prestazioni costanti tra i diversi lotti<\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>A seguito di queste modifiche allo stampo e al processo, le prestazioni della valvola si sono stabilizzate.<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>La pressione iniziale \u00e8 rimasta entro l'intervallo previsto<\/li>\r\n      <li>Il flash non era pi\u00f9 visibile sul bordo di sigillatura<\/li>\r\n      <li>I segni di bruciatura sono scomparsi<\/li>\r\n      <li>Migliorata l'uniformit\u00e0 tra i lotti<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Il cliente ha testato i componenti su linee di riempimento reali. Ma la stabilit\u00e0 della produzione dipendeva dalla tempestivit\u00e0 con cui venivano individuati i rischi legati alla produzione.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Se un fornitore si concentra esclusivamente sullo stampaggio, interviene sui difetti solo dopo che questi si sono manifestati. Se invece conosce bene la progettazione degli stampi, \u00e8 in grado di prevenire molti di quei difetti prima ancora che inizi la produzione.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Spesso \u00e8 possibile notare la differenza gi\u00e0 nelle prime fasi del progetto. Un fornitore competente nel settore dello stampaggio del silicone non si limiter\u00e0 a fornire un preventivo per il componente, ma esaminer\u00e0 il progetto e illustrer\u00e0 i rischi legati alla
