Mais d\u00e8s qu'on commence \u00e0 les rechercher, les probl\u00e8mes apparaissent rapidement.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Un jour, un client est venu nous voir avec une petite valve en silicone utilis\u00e9e dans un sachet alimentaire. La pi\u00e8ce \u00e9tait l\u00e9g\u00e8re, elle pesait moins d\u2019un gramme. Sa conception semblait simple et \u00e9pur\u00e9e. Mais la production ne cessait d\u2019\u00e9chouer.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Le probl\u00e8me n'\u00e9tait pas le prix. Si le silicone \u00e9tait trop souple, la vanne fuyait. S'il \u00e9tait trop rigide, il bloquait le d\u00e9bit. La plage de tol\u00e9rance \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Le client avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait appel \u00e0 deux fournisseurs. Tous deux avaient livr\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons qui avaient satisfait aux premiers tests. Mais apr\u00e8s la mise en production \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, des d\u00e9fauts sont apparus. La pr\u00e9sence de bavures, les variations de dimensions et une pression d'ouverture instable rendaient les pi\u00e8ces impropres \u00e0 la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>L'objectif n'\u00e9tait pas seulement de fabriquer des \u00e9chantillons conformes. Mais pris ensemble, ils augmentent consid\u00e9rablement le risque d'instabilit\u00e9 de la production.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Des bavures se sont form\u00e9es le long du bord de scellage. Le retrait a modifi\u00e9 la pression d'ouverture. Des poches d'air ont provoqu\u00e9 de petites traces de br\u00fblure. Il ne s'agissait pas de d\u00e9fauts al\u00e9atoires. C'\u00e9taient des signes indiquant que la conception du moule n'\u00e9tait pas adapt\u00e9e au comportement du caoutchouc de silicone liquide.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout xfl-warning\">\r\n      <p>Les fournisseurs pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents ont tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me en ajustant la pression et la temp\u00e9rature. Cela a fonctionn\u00e9 pendant quelques cycles, mais cela n'a pas permis de mettre en place un processus de production en s\u00e9rie stable, car la cause profonde du probl\u00e8me r\u00e9sidait dans le moule.<\/p>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section class=\"xfl-section\">\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-section-header\">\r\n      <span class=\"xfl-icon\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\r\n        <svg viewbox=\"0 0 24 24\">\r\n          <path d=\"M4 19V5\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M4 19h16\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M7 16l3-4 3 2 5-7\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M18 7h-4\" \/>\r\n          <path d=\"M18 7v4\" \/>\r\n        <\/svg>\r\n      <\/span>\r\n      <h2>Approche technique : commencer par la conception du moule<\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par le moule, et non par la machine.<\/p>\r\n    <ul class=\"xfl-steps\">\r\n      <li><strong>L'emplacement du portail a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9.<\/strong> Cela a permis de raccourcir le trajet d'\u00e9coulement et d'assurer un remplissage plus homog\u00e8ne de la cavit\u00e9, r\u00e9duisant ainsi le risque de remplissage incomplet et de durcissement in\u00e9gal.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>La ligne de joint a \u00e9t\u00e9 redessin\u00e9e.<\/strong> Nous l'avons \u00e9loign\u00e9 de la zone d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 et avons am\u00e9lior\u00e9 l'alignement des surfaces afin de r\u00e9duire le risque de bavures.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Des micro-\u00e9vents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s au niveau de la derni\u00e8re zone de remplissage.<\/strong> La profondeur de la rainure est rest\u00e9e dans une fourchette tr\u00e8s \u00e9troite, autour de 0,004 mm.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>On a appliqu\u00e9 le vide pendant l'injection.<\/strong> Cela a permis d'\u00e9liminer l'air emprisonn\u00e9 avant qu'il ne provoque des traces de br\u00fblure ou un remplissage incomplet.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>La compensation du retrait a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e en fonction de la direction et de l'\u00e9paisseur de la paroi.<\/strong> Cela a permis de maintenir la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie finale de la soupape plus proche de la plage de performances requise.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Avant de d\u00e9couper l'acier, nous avons v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 le comportement de remplissage \u00e0 l'aide d'une analyse Moldflow. Lors des essais, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur la stabilit\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature et avons maintenu les variations dans une fourchette \u00e9troite afin de garantir un durcissement homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>Ces \u00e9tapes n'ont pas rendu le moule plus complexe.
