Les mat\u00e9riaux thermoplastiques qui se solidifient en refroidissant entra\u00eenent des d\u00e9fauts de remplissage, des bavures et des rebuts.<\/div><div>\u2013 Le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature des canaux froids est l\u2019inverse de celui des canaux chauds. Si ce r\u00e9glage n\u2019est pas correct, le mat\u00e9riau durcit avant d\u2019atteindre la cavit\u00e9.<\/div><div>\u2013 La viscosit\u00e9 du LSR \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l'eau implique que le contr\u00f4le de l'\u00e9vaporation n\u00e9cessite des micro-orifices d'a\u00e9ration, une assistance par vide et une pr\u00e9cision au niveau de la ligne de joint que les thermoplastiques ne requi\u00e8rent pas.<\/div><div>\u2013 Stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle dans <a href=\"https:\/\/xflsrmolding.com\/fr\/marches\/\">moulage m\u00e9dical en LSR<\/a> n\u00e9cessite une compensation du retrait directionnel et des variations post-durcissement, et non le calcul du retrait par refroidissement utilis\u00e9 pour les thermoplastiques.<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-57132280 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"57132280\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70d2eff4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70d2eff4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><div>Une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux a adapt\u00e9 un mod\u00e8le thermoplastique existant \u00e0 un projet de moulage LSR. Sur le papier, l'outillage semblait correct. Cependant, lors du premier \u00e9chantillonnage, des bavures sont apparues sur toutes les cavit\u00e9s. Les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles variaient d'une injection \u00e0 l'autre. La validation pilote a \u00e9chou\u00e9.<\/div><div>Nous rencontrons souvent ce probl\u00e8me lors des projets de transfert de moules. La cause premi\u00e8re r\u00e9side rarement dans l'acier du moule ou dans la presse. Elle r\u00e9side dans la logique.<\/div><div>Les ing\u00e9nieurs appliquent les principes du moulage thermoplastique aux projets impliquant du caoutchouc de silicone liquide. Or, le LSR remet en cause chacune de ces hypoth\u00e8ses.<\/div><div><a href=\"https:\/\/xflsrmolding.com\/fr\/marches\/\">Moulage par injection de LSR en salle blanche<\/a> C'est l\u00e0 que les choses se compliquent lorsque les ing\u00e9nieurs l'abordent comme un moulage thermoplastique avec un mat\u00e9riau diff\u00e9rent. Le LSR durcit sous l'effet de la chaleur, et non par refroidissement. Les moules thermoplastiques refroidissent le mat\u00e9riau pour le solidifier. La temp\u00e9rature des moules reste inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 170 degr\u00e9s Fahrenheit. Les moules LSR chauffent le mat\u00e9riau pour le durcir, \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 320 et 420 degr\u00e9s Fahrenheit. Ce n'est pas un ajustement mineur.
