La pieza era ligera, pesaba menos de un gramo. El dise\u00f1o parec\u00eda sencillo. Si la silicona era demasiado blanda, la v\u00e1lvula ten\u00eda fugas. Si era demasiado r\u00edgida, bloqueaba el flujo. El margen de tolerancia era muy estrecho.<\/p>\r\n    <p>El cliente ya hab\u00eda probado con dos proveedores. Ambos entregaron muestras que superaron las pruebas iniciales. Sin embargo, tras pasar a la producci\u00f3n a gran escala, aparecieron defectos. Las rebabas, las variaciones de tama\u00f1o y la presi\u00f3n de apertura inestable hicieron que las piezas no fueran aptas para la producci\u00f3n en serie.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>El objetivo no era solo fabricar muestras que cumplieran con los requisitos. Sin embargo, en conjunto, aumentan considerablemente el riesgo de que la producci\u00f3n sea inestable.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Se formaron burbujas a lo largo del borde de sellado. La contracci\u00f3n modific\u00f3 la presi\u00f3n de apertura. Las bolsas de aire provocaron peque\u00f1as marcas de quemadura. No se trataba de defectos aleatorios, sino de indicios de que el dise\u00f1o del molde no se ajustaba al comportamiento de la goma de silicona l\u00edquida.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout xfl-warning\">\r\n      <p>Los proveedores anteriores intentaron resolver el problema ajustando la presi\u00f3n y la temperatura.
