nicht der Preis<\/h2>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>Silikonteile sehen oft einfach aus. Doch sobald man sich um ihre Beschaffung k\u00fcmmert, treten schnell Probleme auf.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Einmal kam ein Kunde mit einem kleinen Silikonventil zu uns, das in einem Lebensmittelbeutel zum Einsatz kam. Das Teil war leicht, weniger als ein Gramm. Das Design wirkte klar und \u00fcbersichtlich. Doch die Produktion schlug immer wieder fehl.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Es ging nicht um den Preis. War das Silikon zu weich, war das Ventil undicht. War es zu steif, blockierte es den Durchfluss. Der Toleranzbereich war sehr eng.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Der Kunde hatte bereits zwei Lieferanten ausprobiert. Beide lieferten Muster, die die ersten Tests bestanden. Nach der Produktionssteigerung traten jedoch M\u00e4ngel auf. Grate, Ma\u00dfabweichungen und ein instabiler \u00d6ffnungsdruck machten die Teile f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung ungeeignet.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>Das Ziel bestand nicht nur darin, zugelassene Muster herzustellen. Durch die Schrumpfung ver\u00e4nderte sich der \u00d6ffnungsdruck. Lufteinschl\u00fcsse verursachten kleine Brandspuren. Dabei handelte es sich nicht um zuf\u00e4llige Fehler. Bei den Testl\u00e4ufen haben wir uns auf die Temperaturstabilit\u00e4t konzentriert und die Schwankungen in einem engen Bereich gehalten, um eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Aush\u00e4rtung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\r\n    <div class=\"xfl-callout\">\r\n      <p>Diese Schritte haben die Form nicht komplexer gemacht.
