In der tats\u00e4chlichen Produktion liegt das Problem jedoch selten bei der Maschine. Das Problem beginnt erst, wenn die Konstruktion des Teils auf die Form trifft.<\/p><p data-start=\"540\" data-end=\"819\">In meiner t\u00e4glichen Arbeit beobachte ich oft dasselbe Muster. Ein Kunde bringt eine Zeichnung mit. Das Bauteil sieht einfach aus. Doch nach der Erstmusterfertigung treten Fehler auf \u2013 Grat, Lufteinschl\u00fcsse oder Ma\u00dfabweichungen. Der Kunde geht dann davon aus, dass der Prozess instabil ist. In den meisten F\u00e4llen liegt das eigentliche Problem jedoch bereits in der Formkonstruktion.<\/p><p data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"1031\">In diesem Artikel wird erl\u00e4utert, wie wir in der Produktion denken: von den Kundenbed\u00fcrfnissen \u00fcber die Herausforderungen bei der Formgebung bis hin zu technischen Entscheidungen und schlie\u00dflich zu konkreten Anwendungsf\u00e4llen. In der Praxis sieht die Realit\u00e4t jedoch anders aus.<\/p><p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1464\">Die Stabilit\u00e4t eines Silikonteils h\u00e4ngt in erster Linie von der Formkonstruktion ab. Die Maschine f\u00fchrt lediglich aus, was die Form zul\u00e4sst. Ist die Trennfuge schwach, entstehen Grate. Ist die Entl\u00fcftung unzureichend, verbleibt Luft im Inneren. Bei ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Temperaturverteilung kommt es zu Ma\u00dfabweichungen.<\/p><p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1643\">Aus Sicht des K\u00e4ufers erscheinen M\u00e4ngel zuf\u00e4llig. Aus technischer Sicht sind sie jedoch vorhersehbar.
